While with Simple, I led the redesign of the money movement experience. Customers were experiencing confusion around how to make transfers, resulting in an underwhelming volume of deposits, low engagement, and increased support contact.

Background
Customer feedback and data indicated that the original money movement experience contained too many steps and used inconsistent patterns and flows. The money movement experience needed to be streamlined into a holistic system.

A cohesive experience
I designed a universal transfer system that led to a consistent and accessible experience throughout various points within the product. I aimed to build familiarity with the pattern, make transfers easier to enact, and ultimately grow the volume of transfers.

Early concepts
By testing early concepts with customers, we received positive reactions around the streamlined transfer flow, as well as feedback around the need for clearer component hierarchy.

Outcomes
Simple was able increase deposits and money movement, and users were satisfied with an experience that was easier and more consistent.
